Fulfilling Various Tasks with GEDA’s Inclined Hoists
Transportation elevators are useful for every
work – indoor and outdoor. The ladder systems can be used to transport
all kinds of materials to the upper levels of a building. They enable a
maximum height of 19 m and lifting speeds between 19 m/min and 38 m/min.
For moving furniture, interior constructions, façade renovations or the
restructuring of flat roofs, inclined lifts offer the perfect
assistance. Due to the movable end, the transportation goods can easily
be unloaded from the platform. This prevents back pain and facilitates
the work.
Inclined Elevator – Easy Assembly in no Time
The construction of GEDA’s inclined hoists is so
easy that even unschooled workers can perform the assembly. With the
help of massive threaded bolts, the ladder elements are assembled on the
ground – without any tools. First the rails for the inclined elevator
are pushed on the ladder profile. As soon as the ladder system is
mounted on the scaffolding or the façade, the hoist is set on top of the
profile. A support beneath the ladder secures the weight of the
elevator and the transportation goods. Thanks to the various load
handling attachments, every material can be moved.
GEDA’s Inclined Hoist for Extreme Loads
The carrying capacity for materials depends on
the design of the aluminium ladder elements, inclination and rail
length. For the ladder profile you can chose between a possible load
capacity of 140 kg to 200 kg and an extra-strong system with a workload
of 200 kg to 250 kg. Due to the functional load handling attachment the
transportation of lose materials or bulky construction elements has
never been so easy – this feature enables a flexible use on every
construction site.
Accessories for the Inclined Lift by GEDA
For flexible working conditions, variable
devices are necessary. Therefore, GEDA provides inclined hoists with
several devices and equipment for transporting distinct kinds of
material:
