Glass vacuum lifter for curved glass (battery) GL16C-RCMBM 400-500-600KG

VB-CG series offers a wide range of suction lifters specific for handling curved glass from400  to 600kg.

Power supply

VB-CG vacuum lifters are designed for working on construction site as they are powered by removable and rechargeable batteries. Battery charger is included.
Movements

These models feature a 360° continouos manual rotation and 90° manual tilt of the load.
Lifter frame

Vacuum lifters can be equipped with 12, 16 and 20 round suction pads (d. 200mm). The latter feature a special joint which allows the handling of both concave and convex curved glass panes.

Moreover, the vacuum lifter’s arms can be placed in two positions to adapt to glass curvature radius.
Safety

The vacuum lifter features a dual vacuum circuit to be safely used on construction site, as required by EU laws EN13155. Moreover, it is equipped with a smart vacuum control unit which constantly monitors the level of vacuum in the circuits and signals potential dangers to the workers thanks to audio-visual alarms.
