Power supply

GLE4+8 vacuum lifter is cordless as it is powered by rechargeable batteries, which can be easily removed and replaced if necessary. An additional kit of batteries is provided as standard.

Movements

The lifter offers hydraulic tilting system and electric 360° continuous rotation.
Suction and release of the load are controlled at a distance via cordless remote control, as well as the tilting and the rotation.

Frame

High quality components and strong lifter’s frame guarantee safe, reliable lifting and handling also of the big glass elements.
GLE4+8 counts a total of 12 suction pads, 4 on the vacuum lifter’s body and 8 on removable extensions. The extensions permit to change the lifter’s configuration and lifting capacity for adapting to different glass dimensions.
The pad arms may be removed quickly and easily.

Safety

The vacuum lifter features a dual vacuum circuit to be safely used on construction site, as required by EU laws EN13155. Moreover, it is equipped with a smart vacuum control unit which constantly monitors the level of vacuum in the circuits and signals potential dangers to the workers thanks to audio-visual alarms.
