The model VB4+8 RCEBE d4 is a modular vacuum glass lifter with electric movements.
On VB4+8 model, the external suction pads are on removable extension
arms that permit to increase the lifting capacity and the pad spread.
The pad arms can be removed quickly and easily.
In configuration with 4 pads, the lifting capacity is 600 kg and is possibe to lift small glass panels.
With addition of extension pad arms, the lifting capacity increase to 1500 kg.
The VB4+8 RCEBE d4 vacuum lifter features powered tilt and electric 360 degree rotation with possibility of automatic stop or continues rotation.
The aspiration, release, tilting and rotating commands are by wireless radio remote control.
Vacuum glass lifter VB4+8 RCEBE d4 is battery powered by rechargeable batteries that, if necessary, may be easily removed and quickly replaced.
VB4+8 RCEBE is specific vacuum glass lifter for construction site use with dual vacuum circuit according to EN13155.
Security systems
The safety systems for the load and for the operator are the basis of our Vacuum lifters design.
To maximize reliability, our Vacuum Lifters are equipped with state-of-the-art safety systems designed specifically. Below we present the main ones.
The gripping and release of the slabs and panels is carried out by activating a valve to open and close the vacuum. The double action grip and release control with safety against inadvertent starting can be performed by a manual valve positioned on the lift structure, or via a wired push-button panel or a wireless remote control.
By means of a vacuum gauge with colored scale installed on the vacuum circuit, it is possible to constantly check the depression
reached in the vacuum circuit. The intervention of the safety system is
regulated by a vacuum switch mounted on the vacuum tank.
A large vacuum tank, in addition to accelerating gripping, coupled with non-return valves ensures that the load is not released immediately upon the occurrence of a sudden power cut, ensuring the safety of the operator and the material being handled.
The Vacuum Lifters is also equipped with an autonomously powered acoustic and visual alarm system that alerts the operator to any dangerous situations.
On battery-powered models, the control unit monitors the vacuum level,
checks the correct operation of the main components and monitors the
battery charge.
Our lifting equipment are designed and manufactured in full compliance with the Machinery Directive and safety system standards.
They are supplied complete with CE marking, Certificate of Conformity and Use and Maintenance Booklet.

Removable batteries for lifters
How can Vacuum Lifters with removable batteries help your construction site?
Righetti Vacuum Lifters’ battery-powered lifting equipment are powered by rechargeable batteries inserted into the lifter’s structure.
We have chosen this solution to facilitate your work: without the need for wires and cables connected to voltage, you will have fewer impediments in your operating area.
How can they help work on your construction site?
– They are removable batteries (they can be easily replaced if necessary)
– Easily rechargeable with the separate charger
– They are quickly and safely interchangeable
– They constantly monitor the charge level
The interchangeability of the batteries offers the possibility of always having an additional kit of charged batteries available, useful in situations of intense work, in which it is not possible to put the Vacuum Lifter on charge or if it has not been done by mistake.
The models powered by extractable batteries are supplied complete with a separate 220V battery charger that allows you to charge the additional battery kit while the lift is in use.
Through the battery level indicator it is possible to constantly monitor the available charge level.

Wireless remote control
Wireless radio control, as an alternative to the manual controls on the structure, is available as an option.
The Righetti Vacuum Lifters’ radio-controlled equipment allow the vacuum lifters to be operated remotely, with the practical wireless radio control. It is a particularly suitable solution for radio-controlled lifters used on construction sites and for those work situations in which the load is particularly complicated to reach and it is more practical and quick to activate the release of the load at a distance.
The remote control for vacuum lifters allows the operator to keep an adequate safety distance, to activate and deactivate the suction cups grip in a practical and fast way, without having to slow down the work to get closer to the lifted load.
Parking stand
The parking stand designed by Righetti will make it safe and convenient to transport and store your glass vacuum lifter.
The parking stand is a practical option that ensures the stability of the glass vacuum lifter during transport; it is also designed to keep it safe during handling and storage thanks to its solid construction.
Parking stands come in three versions: standard, forkable or forkable with wheels.
The forkable parking stand is suitable for handling with carts or pallet trucks because of its lightweight and compact design. The version complete with wheels also makes it easier for the operator to move the lifter.
The stands differ slightly from one to another depending on the model
of the vacuum lifter. For example, on models with removable arms, the
stand provides a dedicated space for storing the extension arms
separately in a practical and convenient manner.
For each specific model, the parking stand ensures the safety
of the vacuum lifter and its structure, as holding the suction cups off
the ground prevents scratches or damages, effectively increasing the
lifespan of your lifter.
