GL-VB4L 400kg - 600kg

The GL-VB4 model is a vacuum glass lifter with four suction pads and 400 kg or 600 kg lifting capacity ( model GL-VB4L d4) , perfect to lift and handle narrow glass panels.

The electronic and vacuum components are located in a box to guarantee better protection.

This lifter features a manual 0 -90° tilt system and manual 360° continous rotation.

GL-VB4L is self-powered by capacios rechargeable batteries that, if necessary, you can easily remove and quickly replace.

On 400 kg version GL-BB4L the pad spread is mm  1690×310 .
On 600 kg version GL-VB4L d4  the pad spread is mm 1770×390.

GL-VB4 is a specific vacuum glass lifter for construction site use with dual vacuum circuit according to EN13155.

Parking stand

The parking stand is a practical option that ensures the stability of the glass vacuum lifter during transport; it is also designed to keep it safe during handling and storage thanks to its solid construction.

Parking stands come in three versions: standard, forkable or forkable with wheels.
The forkable parking stand is suitable for handling with carts or pallet trucks because of its lightweight and compact design. The version complete with wheels also makes it easier for the operator to move the lifter.

The stands differ slightly from one to another depending on the model of the vacuum lifter. For example, on models with removable arms, the stand provides a dedicated space for storing the extension arms separately in a practical and convenient manner.
For each specific model, the parking stand ensures the safety of the vacuum lifter and its structure, as holding the suction cups off the ground prevents scratches or damages, effectively increasing the lifespan of your lifter.

Wireless remote control

The Righetti Vacuum Lifters’ radio-controlled equipment allow the vacuum lifters to be operated remotely, with the practical wireless radio control. It is a particularly suitable solution for radio-controlled lifters used on construction sites and for those work situations in which the load is particularly complicated to reach and it is more practical and quick to activate the release of the load at a distance.

The remote control for vacuum lifters allows the operator to keep an adequate safety distance, to activate and deactivate the suction cups grip in a practical and fast way, without having to slow down the work to get closer to the lifted load.

Lowered-height hook

How any times, while working on construction sites or in particularly low-ceiling production environments, have you had to move your glass sheets by hand or with difficulty due to little room to maneuver?

Righetti R&D, in designing its glass vacuum lifters, chose to equip its machines with a lowered-height hook as standard to overcome these problems.
Easily reached by unhooking the piston that blocks the anchor suspension and tilting it horizontally, the lowered hook is the ideal solution for those who have to work with low under-hook heights.
With this hook, installed at a lower height than the standard anchor point of the glass vacuum lifter, it is possible to attach lifting bands or crane attachments and move glass panes in places with little maneuvering space (such as overhead glazing)
