AIR VACUUM LIFTER for glass RIGHETTI R1 400kg

The model R1 is a versatile and professional vacuum glass lifter specific for use in production, with four suction pads d. 310 mm, compressed air powered and lifting capacity 400Kg.

Thank to its two pneumatic cylinders, the R1 features pneumatic 90° rotation and pneumatic 90° tilt, controlled with two joysticks placed on the lifter’s handle.

It has pneumatic buttons to command suction and release.

The frame is modular and the pads are repositionable.

In few seconds it can transform and reach several different configurations, also one with four pads in-line for long and narrow glasses.

It’s also possible to remove 2 pads and lift small but heavy glasses with just two vacuum cups.

Equipped with an audio-visual alarm control unit that warns the operator of possible dangerous situations
