Orders are shipped by our partner transport companies.

Deliveries are made daily : Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.

Orders  do not have a financial burden for delivery within Athens-Piraeus.

The average shipping time of the products is 1 to 10 working days. Please contact us if you notice a delay in receiving your order, by phone or email. A kapountalis company representative will be happy to assist you.

Orders received until 10.00 in working days, we make sure they are shipped the same day.

In case you make the payment by deposit in a Bank Account, there may be a slight delay in sending your order, until the amount "appears" in the Bank Account. Once the deposit is confirmed, we will inform you immediately about the preparation of your order.

There may be a slight delay, only for inaccessible areas (by the transport companies).

In any case, we always do our best so that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.
